These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and phslit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the phslit platform at phslit.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every provision set out herein.
1 Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the phslit platform, including all gaming products, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels, is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
phslit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of phslit following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the phslit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
You further represent and warrant that:
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted;
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phslit or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons;
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
- You have not been previously self-excluded or suspended from the phslit platform or any PAGCOR-affiliated gaming site;
- All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phslit platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household.
During registration, you are required to provide a valid government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. phslit will verify your identity prior to processing any withdrawal request.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. phslit will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
phslit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The following conditions govern financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the phslit platform and may be updated without prior notice;
- All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phslit reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds;
- phslit does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, however your payment provider may apply their own charges;
- Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
phslit offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion's terms:
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each promotion page;
- Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless otherwise specified;
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of gameplay;
- phslit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including offers currently held by a member, if evidence of abuse or exploitation is detected;
- Bonus credits may be restricted to specific game categories. Refer to each promotion's individual terms for eligible games.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the phslit platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
- Colluding with other players or using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a platform error must be reported and will be void;
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes under Philippine law (including R.A. 9160 as amended);
- Creating multiple accounts, transferring funds between accounts, or otherwise circumventing platform rules;
- Attempting to reverse-charge or dispute legitimate transactions with your financial institution (charge-backs) where no genuine dispute exists.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the phslit platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, user interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of phslit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international copyright treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phslit platform without prior written authorization from phslit.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
phslit's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phslit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9 Responsible Gaming
phslit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all segments of its Filipino player base. We recognize that while gaming is a form of entertainment enjoyed by millions, it can become harmful for some individuals. Our platform provides the following tools to all members:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts at any time;
- Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after preset durations of continuous play;
- Cool-off Periods — Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period;
- Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the phslit platform.

10 Privacy & Data Use
Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with phslit's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
phslit processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC/AML), payment processing, customer support, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, fraud prevention, and delivery of personalized gaming and promotional content where you have opted in.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be first submitted to phslit's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute is not resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, failing that, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
12 Amendments to These Terms
phslit reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the platform notification system and/or email at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, where practicable.
It remains the responsibility of each Member to stay informed of the current Terms. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of phslit after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
